The waistband is made of my psychedelic art printed in a mirrored pattern on soft cotton. The Rainbow Trip print was inspired Bicycle Day commemorating when Scientist Albert Hoffman rode his bike home from his lab on the first intentional LSD trip.
This print features a mirrored Rainbow swirl pattern with flowers and flower fractals throughout leading to a magical desert sunset scene.
It has a pocket with a clasp hook closure in the waistband! The ruffles were hand cut in various lengths and widths and arranged in a beautiful blend of blues, pinks, purples, & yellows. The ruffles give off a bouncy effect that makes dancing so much more fun!
A handful of ruffles were adorned with circle patches made from otherwise unusable scraps for a zero waste flair!
